Let's see... I'm not a girly-girl. I hate pink, don't like shopping, and have never understood the concept of "cute shoes". Give me a set of scrubs, or jeans and a polo shirt, and I'm a happy camper. I ride a Honda Goldwing motorcycle, drive a Jeep, and don't have a lot of problem switching from a .380 to a 9mm to a .45. I'm a firm believer that as adults, we are responsible for keeping our word, for working to afford what we want in life, and for not playing "I am a victim." I'm a gun-rights activist of the grass-roots variety. I own several handguns and hope never to have to use one in self-defense. If I do, I'm ready. I'm a veteran of the US Air Force, having spent 22 years in that institution, and believe it is truly an institution. Not a good one, not a bad one, just an institution. I wish it and its people had the character of the Marine Corps or the Army. More as I think of it.
