Derek Miller

Derek “D” Miller is an attorney, former prosecutor, former State Representative, and strategic advisor with more than 15 years of experience in law, government, and business leadership. A graduate of Michigan State University and the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law, Derek has served as an Assistant Prosecutor, Macomb County Treasurer, and Chief of Operations for the Macomb County Prosecutor’s Office. He also worked as a National Director of Business Development for UPS subsidiary Coyote Logistics, helping companies navigate complex supply chain and business challenges. Today, Derek leads D. Miller Law P.C., focusing on disability and defense law while helping individuals, families, and businesses find strategic solutions to difficult legal and governmental challenges.
