I am an ordained Roman Catholic deacon from the Diocese of Providence, Rhode Island USA. I am retired from active parish ministry. With the blessing and authorization of the then Bishop of Providence, RI, his Excellency Bishop Thomas Tobin, my wife and I began the Fra Angelico Institute in 2011 as an internet Catholic evangelization ministry.
