Gail Schaller

I am an adult-onset athlete - I started walking for fitness, then running, at age 51. Since then I have completed 5 full marathons and a few dozen half-marathons, trail runs, and other events. Now my focus is on helping others become more fit and healthy! I am a coach/distributor for Beachbody, parent company of P90X, Turbo Jam, Insanity, and Shakeology among other brands. My income is from selling products, but there is no requirement that you purchase a product - I will still help you on your fitness journey. Welcome, and be well!
