Like many people, I've had my share of side hustles: Hot dog cart owner/vendor, boutique retail salesperson, and dog groomer. Full-time work concentrated in the areas of human services and education, where I worked for three employers over the course of close to forty years. So many lessons learned from colleagues that continue to influence my work today. Currently, my real estate practice is slowly growing and I've returned to the classroom a few hours a week as a reading interventionist, grades K-2. Covid really hit classrooms hard and the gaps in learning are obvious. It was a no brainer to roll up the sleeves and be proactive in mitigating Covid's impact. The husband, Bob, continues to develop his self storage facility and still finds time to volunteer many hours to local organizations. He's a man of vision who is also able to implement his ideas; a competency not always found in one person. When not working, I can be found running hither and yon, catering for a local organization, or seeking quiet time with our dog, Arie. Don't hesitate to connect and tell me a little about you!
