Hi! I'm Dr. J. I'm a coach, speaker, nonprofit leader, and anthropologist passionate about working with women to help them become full of themselves. And by that, I mean fiercely step into their lives like they owned it and unapologetically claim the kind of meaning and joy that our goddess selves deserve. I've had those moments when life just seemed like a struggle. Work, graduate school, parenting, all of it. I know what it feels like. I know what it feels like to knock it out of the park in one area of life, but feel like a failure in another. I know what it feels like when things just don't make sense - when it feels like everyone else has their lives figured it out, but me. But I also know what it feels like to buck trends, go against convention, and follow my own path. I know what true transformation from the inside out looks and feels like. And it feels amazing. I want to work with women so that they feel the same - confident, joyful, and fierce AF and step into the power that they've had all along. Whatever this looks like for you, I'm here in your corner. I'm that friend who is always looking out for you. I'm that friend who will listen wholeheartedly and ask you questions that will blow our mind. No matter what, we're on this journey together. I've got you, boo. Together, we will look at our thoughts through the use of storytelling and learn how to manage our minds.
