J.N. Williams

Williams is a Liberian citizen resident in Liberia, Europe and the United States. He studied philosophy, cultural anthropology, moral theology and global affairs at St. Kizito's and St. Paul's Catholic seminaries. He also holds a graduate degree in international management and public policy from New York University (NYU) Wagner Graduate School of Public Service. He is an international expert in governance, public philosophy, industry innovation, job creation policy and programming, and workforce development.
