In the 1970s I wrote music profiles and reviews for a number of American and British magazines and papers. Among them were Rolling Stone, NME, The Observer, CREEM, and Sounds. More recently I have contributed to The Word, Uncut and Mojo. My Back Pages is an archive of my work.
