Hey folks. So I'm someone who is passionate about all aspects of health and well-being (not to mention being a part time vagabond), but I also strongly believe you can lead a better, more balanced life without having to follow crazy strict diets or punishing exercise regimes. Through my studies (a Masters in Exercise & Nutrition Science, Health & Wellness Coaching & a few random Chemistry Degrees!!) I've learned quite a bit.
