I grew up near the New Forest National Park and the seaside in the UK. In the time of cycling to the forest with no phone and your parents having no clue where you were. If you didn't have a watch, you subconsciously knew when tea time was though. I’m currently working for the NHS in the mental health sector; I live with my boyfriend Tim and our rescue dog Albert. (aka Bert, Berto) Likes; Travelling, Rugby, Tattoos, Fruit Cider & Sarcasm. Dislikes; Glitter, Sticky Hands & Peanuts. I look at things very black and white so some of my opinions may not be the politest. I remember refusing to go to tap and modern dance classes (to the disappointment of my mother) because I didn't like the teacher. Who knows what she did to piss off a 5 year old! I was a bit of a class clown when I was little. (I got told off for playing the recorder through my nose.) But over the teenage years when you have to be "cool", I lost it a bit. I have gone through a spout of depression, stress and anxiety recently. With the help of understanding my brain and how it works, plus therapy, I'm now getting back to my cheerful, funny, carefree self. Follow me and see what crazy shit I get up to! Cheers, Barbs x
