Richard Counts

Richard Counts is a graduate of the Executive Energy Law Programme at the University of Dundee Centre for Petroleum and Mineral Law and Policy. The program offers a number of degrees in environmental, energy, and international law. After receiving his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Tulsa Law School’s National Institute for Energy and Law Policy, Richard Counts wanted to expand his knowledge of international energy law. University of Dundee, located in Scotland, provided this opportunity for Richard Counts.
