Sonja Moss

My blog is to explore self-sufficiency, emergency preparedness, and the way the world is changing. I believe in being prepared, not scared. This is for all those who want to thrive, not just survive, the changes coming to America and the world. My husband, Tom, and I live in Washington with our yellow lab, Juneau. We have a business selling gourmet food to enhance (or start!) filling your pantry for making tough times more palatable!
