I never fathomed that cooking and writing about cooking could be my "thing" But here I am doing this and enjoying every bit of it. Originally from Bombay India, I have been living in Richmond VA for the last 10 years. I grew up in a family that is obsessed with cooking elaborate meals and love eating hence I am a foodie! The two women who inspired me to do this are - my mother and grandmother who made delicious meals/appetizers/curries/after school snacks et al. and are creative, innovative and passionate in their cooking.
