Holly Springs McMurray

Holly Springs-McMurray came to Stonecrest with over 12 years of experience in the field of senior living. She is an active member of the Michigan Center for Assisted Living (MCAL) and is a facilitator for the Certified Assisted Living Director training program. Holly is a state recognized Certified Assisted Living Director (CALD) as well as a nationally Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP). Holly has also received her PAC Trainer license in the Teepa Snow model of care. “As a leader in my community, I strive to inspire my team to be positive advocates for the seniors they serve. Senior living is my passion and I have dedicated my career to improving the quality of life of my residents, the sense of connection with our families, and the engagement and enjoyment of our team members. At Stonecrest of Troy we take our work seriously, but ourselves, not so much! Our community feels alive, with a rich and vibrant culture, truly unique to Stonecrest.” Holly serves as the Executive Director for Stonecrest of Troy.
